The word Panchakarma means the "five therapies" which are Vamana, Virechana, Nasya, Basti and Raktamoskshana. Panchakarma is the primary mind-body healing practice which helps detoxify the body, strengths the immune system, and restores balance and well-being. The practice is great for Detoxification and Rejuvenation.
Vamana
Vamana treatment is targeted to eject increased Kapha Dosha out of the human body. Increased Kapha dosha can casue diseases such as cold, cough etc. Daily treatement is given to patient to loosen and mobilize the toxins in order to finally eliminate them from the body and the respiratory tract.
Varmana can successfully treat diseases such as Bronchial Asthma, Chronic Allergies, Psoriasis, Psychological disorders, Hyperacidity, Chronic Indigestion Nasal Congestion, Edema, Obesity, Hay Fever, Vitiligo, Skin disorders.
Virechana (Purgation)
Virachana therapy is a medicated purgation therapy, which cleanses the Pitta and clears the toxins from the body. The therapy is helpful in cleansing the gastro-intestinal tract completely. There are no side-effects attached to this safe and secure ayurvedic procedure. Virechana eliminates Vitiligo, Psoriasis, Chronic Fever, Skin disorders such as Herpes, Paraplegia, Hemiplegia Joint disorders, Digestive disorders, Headaches, Elephantiasis Constipation, Hyperacidity, Diabetes, Asthma, and Gynecological disorders.
Basti (Enema or Colonic Irrigation)
Basti Karma or the Enema therapy is regarded as the most important of all Panchakarma treatments in Ayurveda healing. It helps eliminate toxins from Vata, Pitta and Kapha, through the colon. It is also considered as one of the highly beneficial rejuvenating treatment. The treatment can last from 8 to 30 days, based on the medical condition of a person. It helps solve all major and minor problems related to Convalescence, Hepatomegaly & Splenomegaly, Cervical Spondylosis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome Constipation, Backache & Sciatica, Obesity, Digestive disorders, Piles, Hemiplegia, Paraplegia, Colitis, Sexual Debility & Infertility.
Nasya (Nose Cleaning)
Nasya treatment involves instillation of herbal medications like oil, powder, and fresh juices through the nostrils to balance doshas accumulated in the head region such as head, nose and throat. The treatment can be given upto 30 days based on the medical condition of a person. Nasya helps in Loss of smell and taste, Frozen shoulder, Migraine, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Insomnia, Elimination of excess Mucus Hyper pigmentation in the face, Nasal Allergies Nasal Polyp, Pre-mature graying of hair, Paraplegiar, Sinusitis Bel's Palsy, Improves memory & eye sight, clarity to voice, Headaches of various origin Hemiplegia, Stiffness of the neck and Neurological dysfunctions.
Raktamokshana
The word Raktamokshana is made of two words Rakta i.e blood and Mokshana i.e to leave. The treatment is used for blood purification. The treatement is advised in rare cases and is not recommended during general Panchakarma. There is high risk of infection involved in blood cleansing due to which most Ayurveda Centers including ours do not offer this treatment.
1. Shirodhara: It helps treat anxiety, depression, hypertension, insomnia etc.
2. Kati Basti: It is used to treat different backaches.
3. Janu Basti: This therapy is useful in arthritis of the knee joint.
4. Nadi Sweda: Helpful in pain disorders of different types.
5. Pinda Sweda: Beneficial in treating neurological ailments and in soothing different pains.
6. Shashti-Shali Pindasweda: Helps treat neurological diseases.
7. Tarpanam: Useful in the problesm related to the eyes.
8. Shirobasti: Helps in controlling hair fall and other ailments of skull.
9. Uttara Basti: Treats genitourinary diseases and female infertility.
10. Udvartana: It is a medicated Ubtan which can be applied over the skin to achieve healthy and glowing skin.

REJUVENATION THERAPY (RASAYANA CHIKILSA)
In this process two masseurs use medicated oil and cream to give body massage with hand and foot. It also includes internal rejuvenate medicines and medicated stem bath and the entire therapy lasts for 90 minutes to 2 hours per day for 7 to 14 days. As suggested by the name, the therapy is very beneficial in rejuvenating mind body and soul. It also tones up the skin and strengthens all systems in order to achieve ideal health and longevity.
BODY PURIFICATION THERAPY (SHODHAN CHIKILSA) 15 Days
This process helps purify the body in order to achieve proper balance of vatha, pitha ad kapha based on the panchkarma and swethakarma treatment.
It is a 15 days process which includes body massage, virachanam (Medicated purgative), snehavasthi, dhara, pizhichil, snehapanam, nasyam, njavarakizhi, karnapooranam, steam bath, Herbal drinks, tharpanam, sirovasthi, and internal herbal medicines.
BODY IMMUNIZATION/LONGEVITY TREATMENT ( KAYAKALPA CHIKILSA)
This process is one of the most effective treatments for reducing ageing processes, immunization of the system and arresting the degeneration of the body cells. The main part of this programme is giving RASAYANA which is special Ayurvedic Medicine. The rasayana are given on the basis of panchakarma and swethakarma treatment. The packages lasts for 28 days and it includes body massage, sirovasthi, karnapooranam, snehapanam, snehavasthi, dhara, pizhichil, virechanam, nasyam, njavarakizhi, tharpanam, and medicated steam bath. The treatement is for both males and females but it proves more effective when taken before the age of 60.
SPORARIS TREATMENT PROGRAMME. (SIDHMA CHIKILSA)
This treatment effectively cures all types of sporaris and it lasts for 21 to 28 days depending on the body conditions of the patient. Special lapnam, abhyangam, snehapanam, pizhichil, medicated steam bath and sirovasthi are included in the process. Besides, exclusively prepared internal herbal medicines are also provided.
BEAUTY CARE PROGRAMME
Beauty care programme is especially for the cosmetic appearance of a person and it includes programme herbal face pack, herbal cream massage, herbal oil massage, intake of herbal tea and steam bath. It helps increase complexion, quality and tone of skin and also enhances beauty of the body.
SPINE AND NECK CARE PROGRAMME

This process is for ears in which medicated fumes are applied to the ears for 5 to 10 minutes to clean the ear and prevent diseases associated to the ear.

It is a cleaning process specially meant to provide cooling effect to eyes. It also helps avoid eye diseases and strengthens the optic nerve.
MUKHALEPAM
Mukhalepan is made of two words: Mukha, means face and lapem which means pack. It is a face pack made of herbal powder and fresh cream. This helps fight signs of aging and improves skin tone and texture. The pack is also beneficial for eyes.
REJUVENATION MASSAGE
Rejuvenation massage helps rejuvenate the body, as the name suggest, and reduces mental tension, sexual weakness, to improve vitality etc. In the process herbal oil or herbal powder are used to give body massage to various parts of the body including hand and foot, head massage, face massage for 1 and half hours.
GENERAL MASSAGE

MEDICATED STEAM BATH

YOGA AND MEDITATION
The duration of yoga and meditation depends on to the direction given by the doctor and the rates proportionately. The process is carried out keeping in mind the patient's body conditions.
